My CNC Bridgeport Clone Milling Machine, I mainly use to mill aluminum, but is has the power to get into steel if I want to. The machine uses coolant to keep the temp down while milling. I use a pendant which helps me position or Zero Out my machine easily. I use it to jog around to the right position. This makes CNC Milling easy.
